Returning to MotorLand Aragon ambitiously

After two years, the Motorcycle World Championship returns to the facilities of the modern MotorLand Aragon from August 30th - September 1st, where the four-rider LIQUI MOLY Husqvarna Intact GP Team will once again be looking to prove themselves with high-scoring results.

Collin Veijer knows the 5.08km long track, which was designed by the renowned German architect Hermann Tilke, from his successful time in the Red Bull Rookies Cup and is now looking forward to returning to the barren region of Alcaniz with his Husqvarna. His mission is still to close the 82-point gap to the world championship leader in the standings. He could get some help from Tatsuki Suzuki after the Japanese rider has also been regularly within the top positions recently. The 17-lap battle on the characteristic track will certainly not be an easy undertaking, but the Moto3 crews around the two top riders will be working hard to prepare everything for 11:00 am (CEST) on race Sunday.

Darryn Binder, who is getting stronger as the season progresses, is hoping for another top result at the twelfth Grand Prix of the year after the South African rider and his Australian team-mate Senna Agius completed an inspiring test at the Aragon Circuit just a few days after the race in Silverstone. Both Kalex riders left the ultra-hot test, where man and machine were pushed to the limit at nearly 40°C, with a very positive feeling. The two Moto2 starters would like to build on this feeling from the first session on Friday in order to be able to fight for two top grid positions in qualifying on Saturday. The Intermediate class race will take place on Sunday as usual at 12:15 and will comprise 19 thrilling laps.
