Revenge on German soil for Garzo & Krummenacher

Barely a week after the weather chaos of Mugello, DYNAVOLT INTACT GP MotoE riders Randy Krummenacher and Hector Garzo face their next challenge at the Sachsenring, where they will be looking to repeat their top results from the season opener at Le Mans in front of thousands and thousands of fans.

For the first time since the debut season of the MotoE World Cup in 2019, the all-electric class now returns to Germany as a world championship category. Over two busy days, Randy Krummenacher and Spaniard Garzo will try to thrill their German team and their supporters with action-packed practice sessions and thrilling overtaking manoeuvres in the races.

For the Swiss rider, the LIQUI MOLY Grand Prix of Germany at the Sachsenring is more or less like a home Grand Prix, so the 33-year-old hopes to continue his strong pace and put the small disappointment from the second race in Mugello behin him, which was started as a rain race. Currently, the experienced "Krummi" is in fourth place in the World Championship standings, 14 points behind his teammate.

Hector Garzo, meanwhile, is pursuing the same ambitions, as the 25-year-old also failed to finish on the podium at the Italian Grand Prix and is at least hoping for dry conditions on the 3.67 km track, which is known for its high demands and challenging layout.

MotoE action kicks off at 08:30 (CEST) on Friday, 16th of June, but the important qualifying session follows from 17:05 (CEST) on the same day, where it will be essential to position themselves in the best possible way for the two 10-lap sprint races on Saturday.
