Heading into the season opener in Thailand with full power

After a three-and-a-half-month winter break, the LIQUI MOLY Dynavolt Intact GP Team is in the starting blocks for the first Grand Prix of the 2025 season, which will take place from the 28th of February to 2nd of March at the Chang International Circuit in Buriram, Thailand. With a strong line-up in Moto3 and Moto2, the team is optimistic about the upcoming challenge.

Two promising young talents, David Muñoz from Spain and 17-year-old Italian Guido Pini, will be competing in the competitive Moto3 category in 2025. Muñoz, fifth in the 2024 Moto3 World Championship, has established himself as one of the most consistent riders and wants to fight for top positions in Thailand after successful pre-season tests in Portimao and Jerez. On the other hand, Guido Pini, who is one of the youngest riders in the field, will make his debut in the World Championship as runner-up in the JuniorGP of 2024 on a technically demanding track such as the 4.55km-long Chang International Circuit in Buriram.

The Moto2 crews are also looking confidently to the upcoming start of the 2025 season with 22 races in total. Not only did Manuel Gonzalez cause a stir last season with his third place in the World Championship, but the Spaniard also made promising progress on his Kalex during the most recent winter tests. He was among the fastest riders on all five days of testing in Portimao and Jerez. The 22-year-old now wants to build on these results in Thailand. Last year's rookie, Senna Agius, is looking forward to his second season with the Bavarian racing team after equally successful testing days. Both riders feel more than ready for the thrilling world championship battle in the Moto2 class.

The Chang International Circuit is known for its long straights and tight corners. The hot temperatures and high humidity will be an additional challenge for the riders, but the LIQUI MOLY Dynavolt Intact GP Team is looking forward to finally getting the 2025 season underway. With strong riders, an experienced team in the background and a fresh look, the only German Grand Prix team wants to fight for top positions in both classes. With a six-hour time difference, German fans will have to get up early, as the Moto3 race starts at 06:00 am on Sunday morning, followed by Moto2 at 07:15 am.
